Taiwan-E-services VAT registration

Following the EU, and many non-EU countries, the Taiwanese government have now confirmed that with effect from 1 May 2017, non-established businesses supplying e-services to Taiwanese individuals will be required to register for VAT in Taiwan, and charge this on B2C supplies.

Businesses must either register directly, or using a local tax agent.
