UAE-VAT law released

In preparation for the implementation of VAT within the UAE from 1 January 2018, the UAE tax authorities have released the VAT legislation. Whilst this provides a good idea of how the system will operate, the finer detail will be outlined in the implementing regulations which are due to be released shortly.

Businesses should now ensure that they are ready for the introduction of the tax.
